Conflict of Interest

This Conflict of Interest Policy (“Policy”) explains how
Amanah FZE LLC (“Amanah Gold”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) conducts its business
with integrity, fairness, and full transparency.
This Policy applies to all directors, staff, partners, suppliers, and contractors who
work with or represent Amanah.

1. Our Ethical & Islamic Values

Amanah operates according to Islamic business principles, prioritising honesty, fairness,
trust (amanah), and transparency in all dealings.
We do not tolerate unethical behaviour, hidden incentives, bribery, or any conflicts that
compromise customer trust.

2. No Supplier Influence or Hidden Incentives

Amanah maintains full independence from refiners, mints, wholesalers, and logistics partners.
We do not accept:

  • Kickbacks, financial incentives, or rebates that influence pricing;
  • Commission-based recommendations favouring certain suppliers;
  • Improper gifts, personal favours, or financial rewards;
  • Preferential deals that conflict with customer interests.

All pricing, product selection, and product recommendations are made solely in the
interest of our customers and in line with ethical trading principles.

3. Ethical Gold & Silver Sourcing

Amanah is committed to sourcing gold and silver responsibly, ensuring that materials do
not originate from:

  • Conflict zones or war-affected regions;
  • Unverified or unethical supply chains;
  • Producers associated with exploitation or unlawful practices;
  • Suppliers involved in human rights violations.

We do not source any gold or silver from Sudan or other known conflict zones.

4. Compliance with International Standards

Our sourcing partners, when applicable, are required to follow recognised
international standards such as:

  • OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible minerals sourcing;
  • Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) practices;
  • LBMA Good Delivery standards for quality and traceability;
  • SIRA & Dubai Police–recognised security standards for handling and storage.

5. Independent Vaulting & Storage

All stored gold and silver held in customer vaulting accounts are under the oversight of
independent vaulting partners.
Vaulting partners follow the security and operational standards used by:

  • Loomis;
  • Brinks;
  • Other internationally recognised secure storage providers.

Vaulting is provided free of charge, and customers retain full legal ownership
of their gold and silver at all times.

6. No Interest (Riba) or Unethical Financial Structures

Amanah does not engage in or support:

  • Interest-bearing transactions (riba);
  • Loan-based incentives;
  • Speculative investments (gharar);
  • High-risk financial products that compromise Shariah principles.

All products and services are structured to align with Islamic ethics and Shariah-compliant
financial conduct.

7. No Conflicted Recommendations

Our team may not recommend or promote any product or service that benefits them personally
at the expense of customer interests.
Any perceived conflict must be immediately disclosed to senior management.

8. Digital Integrity & Data Independence

Our app and digital services display customer gold, silver, and certifications via
Islamic Monetary & Digital Council (IMC/IMDC) and Tayyib ID.

Amanah does not sell, share, or monetise user data.
We do not accept financial incentives from analytics, tracking, or technology providers
that could compromise customer privacy or influence decision-making.

9. Staff Conduct & Internal Oversight

All staff must:

  • Avoid situations that benefit them personally at the expense of customers;
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest immediately;
  • Follow internal ethics, transparency, and honesty standards;
  • Refrain from receiving personal benefits from suppliers or partners.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, or legal liability.
