From Our Vault.
To Your Hands.
Every Amanah shipment is fully insured, discreetly packaged, and tracked from despatch to signature. We treat your gold with the care it deserves — at every step of the journey.
Crafted, Certified, and Despatched with Precision.
Every Amanah order follows the same rigorous fulfilment process, regardless of size. A single coin receives the same standard of care as a large collection.
After your payment is confirmed, your order enters our certified workshop. Each coin is inspected, hallmarked under UAEGD standards, sealed in its LBMA-grade assay card, and assigned its IDCC blockchain certificate. Only once these steps are complete does the order proceed to despatch.
This process typically takes 2–3 working days. For custom or engraved orders, please allow an additional 3–5 working days. We will notify you at every stage.

When Will It Arrive?
All timescales below are working business days and exclude public holidays in the UAE or destination country.
* All timescales are estimates. Delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events are outside Amanah's control. We will keep you informed of any delays.
What Arrives at Your Door
Every Amanah order is despatched in a plain, discreet outer box with no indication of the contents. Inside, the presentation begins.
Each coin is sealed inside an LBMA-grade tamper-evident assay card. Breaking the seal voids the guarantee. The card displays the coin's weight, purity, serial number reference where applicable.
The assay card is housed in our signature matte-black presentation box with a calligraphic sleeve. Designed as a permanent home for the coin — suitable for gifting, display, or heirloom storage.
A printed IDCC certificate card with your coin's unique blockchain reference. Scan the QR code to access the permanent on-chain record. This card is the physical companion to your digital certificate.
We recommend handling your coins only with jeweller's gloves to preserve the brilliant finish. Gloves can be added to your order at checkout.
Be Informed Before You Order.
Importing gold and silver across international borders is subject to the customs laws of the destination country. These laws vary significantly — some countries are gold-friendly with minimal duties; others impose substantial import taxes on precious metals.
Amanah is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or government charges of any kind in your destination country. These are entirely the customer's responsibility.
We use reputable couriers including DHL, FedEx, and Emirates Post, and we prepare accurate customs documentation for every shipment. However, we have no control over border control decisions, clearance timescales, or the specific rates applied by any customs authority.
Our strong recommendation: before ordering for international delivery, check your country's import regulations for gold and silver. The Vault Storage option eliminates this concern entirely — your metal stays in the UAE until you choose otherwise.
Explore Vault Storage — no customs, everAmanah is not responsible for customs charges, border delays, or import restrictions in any destination country.
- Check your country's gold import rules before ordering
- Customs fees are charged by your government — not Amanah
- Refused or blocked shipments will be returned to vault
- We cannot refund orders held or seized at customs
Avoid customs entirely:
Use Vault StorageCountries We Cannot Ship To
Due to international sanctions, regulatory restrictions, and customs considerations, we currently do not offer physical delivery to the following countries. Customers in some of these regions are welcome to purchase and use our Vault Storage service instead.
This list is reviewed regularly. If your country is listed and you believe an exception should apply, please contact us.
What Happens If a Shipment Is Returned?
Returned to Vault
If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs, refused delivery, or government restrictions, your gold or silver will be re-registered under your vault account. Your ownership is never affected.
Request Re-delivery
Once your gold is back in the vault, you may request a new delivery to an alternative address. A new delivery fee applies. Please resolve any customs issues before requesting re-delivery to the same destination.
Sell-Back Option
Alternatively, you may request a sell-back of your vaulted holdings at current Dubai market rates. Sell-back prices reflect live spot rates with minting, handling, and operational deductions. Settlement is available in AED, GBP, or USD.
No Refund for Customs Issues
Amanah will not issue a refund for orders blocked, seized, or returned due to customs issues. This policy exists because precious metals prices move continuously — the price at purchase may differ significantly from the price at return. Your metal's value is always preserved through the vault account.
