Charity Was Never an Afterthought.
Before Amanah sold a single coin, we made a decision: up to 5% of the company's annual net profits will be donated to Islamic charitable causes. Not when we felt generous. Not when revenue hit a milestone. As a standing commitment, revisited every year.
This is a profit-based commitment — which means it is honest. In years where Amanah generates net profit, up to 5% of that profit is directed to charity. In years where profit is limited or absent, the commitment remains the intention, but the amount will reflect reality. We believe transparency here is more honourable than an impossible promise.
We also cover all administration and transfer fees ourselves. That means 100% of any donated amount reaches its intended recipient — no platform fees deducted, no processing charges passed on.
This is our sadaqah jāriyah — a continuous, flowing intention that we renew with every coin minted and every customer served.
From Amanah's Profits to the Cause
Our giving cycle is annual, deliberate, and transparent.
You Purchase
You buy any Amanah product. Every sale contributes to the revenue that, at year end, determines what Amanah is able to give. Your purchase is part of the chain — even if the charitable donation is calculated at the company level, not the transaction level.
We Calculate
At the close of each financial year, Amanah calculates its net profit. Up to 5% of that figure is earmarked for charitable giving. Amanah covers all transfer, administration, and platform fees — the full donated amount is preserved.
It Reaches
Funds are disbursed to our vetted partner organisations. We prioritise those operating a 100% donation policy — where every penny reaches the cause, not overheads.

We direct our giving deliberately. Not to the loudest campaigns, but to the causes we believe will create lasting change for Muslim communities globally.
Education & Knowledge
Islamic schools, madāris, and after-school programmes in underserved Muslim communities. We believe that investing in the education of our children is the most lasting form of sadaqah jāriyah. A child educated in their deen carries that light for a lifetime.
Orphan Care
The Prophet ﷺ said: "I and the one who cares for an orphan will be like these two in Paradise" — and indicated his index and middle fingers together. Supporting orphans is one of the most explicitly rewarded acts in our tradition. We fund programmes providing food, shelter, education, and emotional care.
Technology & Innovation
Muslim-led technology initiatives, Islamic fintech companies, and digital infrastructure projects that empower Muslim communities economically. We believe the ummah needs builders as much as donors — we support both.
Humanitarian Relief
Emergency relief, food security, clean water access, and community infrastructure for Muslim communities in crisis. We work with organisations operating full 100% donation policies — meaning every pound and dirham reaches those in need.

We Carry the Costs. You Carry the Reward.
Most charity platforms — even well-intentioned ones — deduct a percentage for "platform fees", "administration costs", or "processing charges". After those deductions, the amount reaching the cause is often significantly less than what was given.
We do not operate this way. Amanah bears all administration, transfer, and operational costs associated with our charitable giving. Whatever amount is allocated from our annual profits is the amount that reaches its destination — in full.
We also exclusively partner with organisations that operate their own 100% donation policies — charities where the operational costs are covered by separate donors or institutional funding, leaving every public donation intact.

Every organisation we support is vetted against the same standard we hold ourselves to: trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the communities they serve.
All admin and operational costs are funded separately. Every public donation reaches the cause.
Organisations must operate in accordance with Islamic principles. Riba-free financial structures required.
We require annual reporting on the impact of our contributions. Numbers, not narratives.
We prioritise organisations that build long-term capacity in communities, not just short-term relief.

Every Coin Is a Continuous Act of Giving.
The Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ said: "When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuous charity (sadaqah jāriyah), knowledge that benefits others, or a righteous child who prays for them." (Muslim)

What This Commitment Is — and What It Is Not.
We believe honesty about the structure of our giving is itself an act of amanah — trustworthiness. Please read this carefully.
What it is
- A genuine, standing commitment by Amanah Gold FZE LLC to donate up to 5% of annual net profits to Islamic charitable causes.
- A profit-based calculation — assessed once per financial year at the company level, after all operating costs and liabilities are accounted for.
- A commitment that applies in every year that net profits exist and are sufficient to give. If profits are zero, the amount donated will be zero — but the intention and the commitment remain.
- A promise that when we do give, 100% of the allocated amount reaches the recipient. Amanah covers all associated fees.
- A commitment made in compliance with UAE Federal Law on charitable giving and the regulations of the UAE Ministry of Community Development, to the extent applicable to a commercial company.
What it is not
- It is not a per-transaction charitable donation. No specific portion of your individual purchase price is ring-fenced or transferred to charity at the point of sale.
- It is not a guaranteed fixed annual amount. The figure varies based on actual net profits each year.
- It is not a registered charity or endowment fund. Amanah Gold FZE LLC is a commercial entity. Charitable giving is a voluntary corporate commitment, not a regulatory requirement.
- It is not tax-deductible for customers. Customers do not make a donation at checkout — Amanah does, from its own profits.
