5%
of profits.
Every time.
No exceptions.
Charity is not a marketing exercise at Amanah. It is built into the price of every coin we sell — a standing commitment we made before Allāh when we founded this company. This page is the full, unvarnished account of that commitment.
The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allāh is like a grain of corn that sprouts seven ears, each bearing a hundred grains. Sūrah al-Baqarah, 2:261
Charity Was Never an Afterthought.
Before Amanah sold a single coin, we made a decision: 5% of profit go to Islamic charitable causes. Not when we could afford it. Not when we hit a revenue milestone. From the very first sale.
That 5% is already in the price. You are not paying extra. You are not opting in. Every time a customer purchases from Amanah, a portion of that transaction is automatically allocated to charity at the end of the year. It is structural, not aspirational.
We also made a second commitment: we cover all administration fees ourselves. That means 100% of the donated amount — every dirham — reaches its intended recipient. No platform fees are deducted. No processing charges are passed on.
This is our sadaqah jāriyah — a continuous, flowing act of charity that multiplies with every coin minted and every customer served.
From Your Purchase to the Cause
Every step is transparent. Every step is automatic.
You Purchase
You buy any Amanah product. The 5% charitable contribution is already included in the price — no additional action required from you.
We Allocate
5% of the order value is immediately ring-fenced in our dedicated charity account. Amanah covers all transfer, administration, and platform fees — the full 5% is preserved.
It Reaches
Funds are disbursed to our vetted partner organisations. We prioritise those operating a 100% donation policy — where every penny reaches the cause, not overheads.
Four Causes. One Mission: Empower the Ummah.
We direct our giving deliberately. Not to the loudest campaigns, but to the causes we believe will create lasting change for Muslim communities globally.
Education & Knowledge
Islamic schools, madāris, and after-school programmes in underserved Muslim communities. We believe that investing in the education of our children is the most lasting form of sadaqah jāriyah. A child educated in their deen carries that light for a lifetime.
Orphan Care
The Prophet ﷺ said: "I and the one who cares for an orphan will be like these two in Paradise" — and indicated his index and middle fingers together. Supporting orphans is one of the most explicitly rewarded acts in our tradition. We fund programmes providing food, shelter, education, and emotional care.
Technology & Innovation
Muslim-led technology initiatives, Islamic fintech companies, and digital infrastructure projects that empower Muslim communities economically. We believe the ummah needs builders as much as donors — we support both.
Humanitarian Relief
Emergency relief, food security, clean water access, and community infrastructure for Muslim communities in crisis. We work with organisations operating full 100% donation policies — meaning every pound and dirham reaches those in need.
Not deducted from your donation.
We Carry the Costs. You Carry the Reward.
Most charity platforms — even well-intentioned ones — deduct a percentage for "platform fees", "administration costs", or "processing charges". After those deductions, the amount reaching the cause is often significantly less than what was given.
We do not operate this way. Amanah bears all administration, transfer, and operational costs associated with our charitable giving. The 5% that is allocated from your order is the 5% that reaches its destination — in full.
We also exclusively partner with organisations that operate their own 100% donation policies — charities where the operational costs are covered by separate donors or institutional funding, leaving every public donation intact.
"Whoever relieves a believer of a distress from the distresses of this world, Allāh will relieve him of a distress from the distresses of the Hereafter."
Muslim
We Give to Organisations That Earn It.
Every organisation we support is vetted against the same standard we hold ourselves to: trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the communities they serve.
All admin and operational costs are funded separately. Every public donation reaches the cause.
Organisations must operate in accordance with Islamic principles. Riba-free financial structures required.
We require annual reporting on the impact of our contributions. Numbers, not narratives.
We prioritise organisations that build long-term capacity in communities, not just short-term relief.
Registered charities in the UAE, or internationally recognised jurisdictions. Legal accountability matters. Amanah is registered in the UAE and donations or charity contributions will be under the UAE law. For more information on our charity donations and the legality of donations, contact us.
Our priority is serving Muslim communities — though we do not exclude other beneficiaries where the cause aligns with Islamic values of mercy and justice.

Every Coin Is a Continuous Act of Giving.
The Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ said: "When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuous charity (sadaqah jāriyah), knowledge that benefits others, or a righteous child who prays for them." (Muslim)
Every Amanah coin is a physical object designed to outlast its first owner. It is meant to be passed on — to a child, a grandchild, a spouse, a friend. And because 5% of its purchase funded a cause that continues to give, the coin carries that sadaqah jāriyah with it.
You are not simply buying gold. You are creating a chain of benefit that extends beyond your own lifetime. That is the intention behind Amanah.
Every purchase is an act
of worship and generosity.
Shop the Amanah collection. Own certified gold. And let 5% work for the ummah — automatically, always.
