Amanah does not operate its own vault facility. We partner with leading secure vault providers across the UAE — including Brinks, Loomis, and Vintage Vaults at Mall of the Emirates. Your gold is never held in Amanah's name. It is stored in your name, physically allocated, and insured against theft, fire, flood, and transit risk.
Amanah FZE LLC holds a current UAE trade licence and is fully compliant with UAE Central Bank AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Every customer undergoes KYC verification before purchase. We source exclusively from LBMA Good Delivery-accredited refineries — conflict-free, fully traceable from mine to mint.
Our Sharīʿah compliance is audited annually under AAOIFI standards and registered with the Islamic Monetary Council (IMC). Every coin also carries a Tayyib ID — a blockchain hologram certificate issued by the Islamic Digital Certification Council (IDCC). This is not a box-ticking exercise — it is a core condition of how we operate.
Vault Questions, Answered.
Is my gold physically present in the vault, or is it allocated on paper?
Your gold is entirely physical and fully allocated. It is not pooled, not lent, and not hypothecated. The specific coins you purchased are held in your name, photographed on entry, and logged against your account. This is a fundamental requirement of our Sharīʿah compliance — gold must be qabḍ (physically possessed or constructively possessed under your control).
What does the insurance cover?
All holdings are covered against theft, fire, flood, and transit risk. Our insurance is underwritten by a Lloyd's-approved insurer. Coverage is for the full replacement value of the metal at current spot price at the time of any claim, not the original purchase price.
Can I visit the vault or view my coins in person?
Yes. By appointment, customers may visit the vault facility to inspect their holdings. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. All visitors undergo ID verification on arrival. Photo ID matching your account is required.
How long does delivery take after I request release?
We aim to despatch within 1 business day of your release request. Delivery to GCC countries typically takes 2–3 business days. International delivery (UK, EU, USA) typically takes 5–7 business days. All shipments are fully insured, tracked, and require a signature on receipt.
