Amanah FZE LLC, operating as Amanah Gold, provides services including the purchase, sale, and storage of gold and silver coins within the United Arab Emirates. By engaging with our services via our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please note we follow strict and regiment regulated law in the UAE which includes an AML policy and we reserve the right to cancel, amend - change these terms or not accept an order from customers not completing KYC.

Key Highlights

• Orders & Services: By placing an order, you agree to purchase goods or services (e.g., storage) as specified. Ownership transfers upon payment confirmation and proper documentation.
• Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders are final and non-returnable due to market price fluctuations. Termination requests may incur additional fees.
• Storage Services: We provide secure Allocated Storage (segregated metals) or Dynamically Allocated Storage (physically backed metals not tied to specific bars/coins). Storage fees apply and are billed periodically. This is by Vintage Vaults in the Mall of Emirates.
• Delivery & Collection: Goods can be delivered or collected by appointment. Ensure delivery addresses are secure as we cannot accept liability once goods are signed for.
• Sales to Amanah: Customers may sell metals to Amanah Gold based on current market rates, subject to verification.
• Liabilities: Amanah Gold’s liability is limited to the value of goods stored or delivered. Taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Data Protection: By engaging with our services, you consent to the use of your personal data for processing and compliance purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of precious coins, refunds are not available once an order is placed. In some cases, termination requests may be processed with deductions for fees and market price adjustments.

Storage Services

• Allocated Storage: Metals are stored individually and segregated.
• Dynamically Allocated Storage: Metals are fully backed by precious metal assets but not assigned to specific bars or coins.
• Insurance covers stored metals for loss, damage, or theft within our facilities.

Notices

All notices must be in writing and sent to Amanah FZE LLC’s registered address or emailed to the official contact provided on our website. Notify us promptly of changes to your details.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration in accordance with UAE regulations.
